Privacy

This website is run by Distinctive Media Productions LLC, doing business as Distinctive Media, 142 Lowell Rd, Unit 17, Hudson, NH 03051 ("we", "us").

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, business, phone or email, the services you pick, and your message.
• Print shop orders. What you order, your name, email, phone, shipping address, and anything you type at checkout (artwork choice, need-by date, notes).
• Card payments. Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe's own secure page. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe tells us the payment went through and shows us the card brand and last four digits.
• Artwork you upload. The files you send on your order page.
• Your cart. The items in your cart are saved in your own browser so they're still there when you come back. That stays on your device until you check out.
• Basic server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to run and protect the site.

We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

Where it's kept

• Form messages and orders are stored in our own database, run on Cloudflare's servers in the United States.
• Uploaded artwork is stored in Cloudflare's file storage, private to us, and only reachable through your order link or our password-protected admin pages.
• Emails we send you (form replies, order confirmations, order updates) go out through Resend, an email delivery service.
• If a backend isn't available, the form falls back to opening a pre-filled email in your own email app, and nothing is sent until you press Send there.

What we use it for

• To answer your inquiry and quote your project.
• To make, ship or hand over your order, and to send you proofs and order updates.
• To follow up about work you asked us about.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it except with the people who help us deliver your order, such as a print production partner or a shipping carrier, and only what they need to do that job. The services that store and send it for us (Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend) process it on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Outside services

Pages load their typeface from Fontshare, which sees your IP address when your browser requests the font, under its own privacy policy. Card checkout happens on Stripe's site under Stripe's privacy policy. To stop the contact form being spammed, we keep a scrambled form of your IP address for about a day, then delete it.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and order records are kept as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and accounting rules. Uploaded artwork is kept so reorders are easy; ask and we'll delete it. Ask and we'll delete anything we don't have to keep.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
